Shannon's dishes...

I started cooking at a very young age. I had to help out a lot at home, but it was a pleasure to learn tricks from my mum who was also a chef. Even though she's not here to witness all my success today I have her legacy which lives on through me, and the day will come when I pass it down to my own children.

A good hearty sunday roast with all the timings and my twist to it.

My curry chicken and roti

What is your proudest cooking memory?

When my grandma taught me over and over again to learn her strict vegetarian dishes. My proudest memory is from the day I finally cooked it without her standing over me, and when she tried it her smile said it all.
