I'm relatively new to the industry, I started home catering at the end of 2019 after being made redundant from an industry I worked in for over 20 years. Having travelled worldwide due to my previous career, I got to taste a lot of good food which inspired me to cook a lot of different cuisines and a passion for fusion.

So filling and creamy, will be orderning again. Jane P.

My speciality is Homemade Fusion

What is your favourite dish to eat and why?

An authentic curry. I love the flavours, the spices and love scooping up a good amount of curry to eat with some naan bread or chapati.

What is your favourite dish to cook and why?

Slow cooked lamb curry, as you can never get a good one in a standard restaurant.

What is your proudest cooking memory?

Cooking for over 100 people at a summer BBQ birthday party.
