My speciality is Authentic Thai

What is your favourite dish to eat and why?

Thai cuisine has 4 different styles of dishes depending on where they are from and I have a favourite for each! From north Thailand cuisine, I love Khao soi, from the south I enjoy southern stir-fried pork with yellow curry paste, from E-san I'd have to go with crying tiger and finally from Bangkok my favourite is Hainanes chicken rice.

What is your favourite dish to cook and why?

Masaman tofu with vegetables and Tom kha mushroom are our favourite dishes as they are the ultimate comfort and healthy meal! So if you're short on time and want something yummy, give these dishes a try and I promise you won't regret it!

What is your proudest cooking memory?

My proudest moment was when I won a local cooking competition.
