Anything my dad make is a blissful tasting experience. He's magic fingers can elevate common ingredients and create something special. If I had to choose one, I would have to go for traditional Czech Goulash with freshly baked Rye Bread and thinly sliced shallots.

I'm not a big fan of dry food, so anything saucy! But if I must choose, i'd choose Svickova. This delicacy is built on a base of pureed root vegetables and cream with wild game meat and forest berries on the side.

Probably a week long presentation I did for Project Ocean at Selfridges. I presented some sushi techniques and thought important skills on selecting which fish you can eat raw and how to preserve ocean wildlife. Other than that, a smile on everyone's face who taste my food is enough for me, that is the reason I love cooking.
