Meet Gigi
My journey began in my Italian childhood home, where family meals inspired my love for high-quality, whole foods and minimally processed ingredients. Life took me to London, where I became a vegan qualified nutrition coach and personal trainer, passionate about fitness and balanced plant-based nutrition. I created an Instagram page to document my vegan journey, which blossomed into a community of over half a million followers! My mission in creating food content has always been twofold: to demonstrate that a high-protein diet is possible on a plant-based regimen and to show that food is a love language that is the foundation for building memories. My dishes are plant-based, high in protein, and designed to fuel an active lifestyle. Each recipe combines my Italian roots with international flavours taken from my years
