Meet Ganga Gurung


Started my culinary journey in 2007, as a kitchen assistant in a Japanese kitchen. It was there that I developed my passion towards Japanese cooking and sushi. I have worked as a chef, head chef, and executive chef and now own and run my own restaurant in Hemel.
