I'm originally from the Amalfi Coast in Italy, where I grew up watching my grandmas knead pasta and hearing the rhythmic sound of pasta rolling through the pasta machine. Making pasta is the way I stay connected to my roots whilst I have been living in Manchester for the last 6 years. Apart from being a private chef, I also run workshops to share my grandmas' teachings with as many people as possible.
