- Quality sleep - this is when your body does significant repair work. More valuable than any supplement.
- Gentle movement - walking, stretching, swimming - not punishing gym sessions.
- Fibre and vegetables - if there's one thing your body had less of during Christmas, it's probably fibre.
The real January reset
✓ Eat normally - balanced meals at regular times
✓ Sleep adequately - 7-9 hours
✓ Move gently - daily walking
✓ Hydrate properly
✓ Be patient - give it 2 weeks
