Lamb Rogan Josh with Basmati Rice

First off, we've got some delicious, tender lamb. We take those juicy pieces and cook 'em up in a rich, thick curry sauce. But here's the kicker – this sauce is packed with a bunch of warm, robust spices that'll knock your socks off! We're talking cumin, coriander, chilies, and more. It's a flavor explosion in every bite.
As the lamb simmers away in that spicy sauce, it just soaks up all those incredible aromas and tastes. By the time it's done, the meat is so tender, it'll practically melt in your mouth.
But we can't forget about the basmati rice, now, can we? That's the perfect sidekick to this dish. We make sure to cook those little rice grains just right, so they're light, fluffy, and ready to soak up any of that delicious sauce.
When you get a forkful with a few pieces of that tender, spice-infused lamb and some of that fragrant basmati rice, well, that's when the magic happens. It's a flavor party in your mouth, my friends!
This dish is a real classic – it's hearty, comforting, and full of those bold, warming spices that'll leave you craving more with every bite. It's the kind of meal that'll stick to your ribs and put a big ol' smile on your face.

Delicious curry!

This was a delicious rogan josh with tasty rice. It turned out a little watery cooked in the microwave, but otherwise great!
