Panjabi Samosa

These Punjabi samosas(3x) are a popular snack in my household. I make them with a crispy fried pastry shell stuffed with a spiced potato filling. The stuffing contains boiled, mashed potatoes and peas flavoured with aromatic spices like cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic, and garam masala. The samosas are then deep-fried until the pastry becomes crunchy and golden brown.
