Palak Paneer

Palak paneer is a creamy, spinach-based curry made with cubbed Indian cheese, also known as paneer. It starts with fresh spinach leaves that are blanched and ground into a smooth, bright green puree. The spinach puree is simmered with aromatic spices like garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and fragrant herbs. The cheese cubes are added and cooked until soft. The contrast of the soft paneer against the leafy spinach makes this vegetarian curry incredibly comforting and satisfying.
