For this dish I use premium quality lamb shoulder from our trusted butcher, I marinate the lamb in our blend of herbs and spices for 24 hours before flame grilling the diced lamb, then make our signature suya sauce to finish the dish.

I was born in Sierra Leone (West Africa) but grew up in the U.K. My mum is a chef, and my dad taught me how to season and cook meat. Tasty but

I appreciate these are BBQ, but parts were slightly over BBQ’d for me. Meat was a bit dry, but tasty flavour. The cubes that had a bit of fat on them were better. Nice bit of chilli heat. Would I order again? Potentially but with a couple of tweaks!
