This dish highlights my homemade harissa paste - a spicy blend that makes it extra flavourful. In addition, to harissa' great health benefits, I cooked the chicken in a healthy way whilst still retaining moisture and flavour. The side of ratatouille provides a medley of delicious, nutrient-dense vegetables. Together they create a wholesome, satisfying dish with complex yet healthy flavours. Enjoy it on its own or with pitta or rice.

Meet Giovanna

I have loved cooking since a young age. Once, my sister asked me to fry her an egg, I was anxious as I had never cooked before. When I fried the egg perfectly I fell in love with cooking. Since then I started taking cooking lessons, including in secondary school.
