Gochujang Pork Belly with Rice & Pak Choi

Gochujang is one of my favourite ingredients and I regularly use it in many recipes so here’s another one. This authentic Korean chilli paste is a great way to add a ton of flavour and this gorgeous colour to your roasted meats. I paired it with rice and pak choi but you can have with noodles, or even slice it up to put into a tortilla wrap.

Has a kick 🌶🌶.
