Succulent chicken marinated in yoghurt cooked in a rich creamy sauce - a fantastic mixture of tangy, spicy and sweet. It is said that butter chicken originated from New Delhi and was a combination of leftover marinade and tandoori chicken to create a creamy and tender curry. It's one of the dishes which my brother and I fight over who makes the best version - It's definitely me.

Long Grain Rice: (33%) Chicken Thigh (31%) ,Chopped Tomato: (13%) Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Diced White Onion (8%) Greek Yoghurt: (3%) Cream(milk), Skimmed milk, Milk Solids, Potassium Sorbate, Culture. Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove lid and place loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 4-5 minutes. Halfway through heating, add 2 tablespoons of water to rice and stir contents together. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot.

Meet Reyansh

I come from a very competitive family all who think they are the best cook. I have always had a particular rivalry with my brother which has always kept me trying out new techniques and flavours to develop the best versions of the tastes and flavours loved in India. I have cooked in many places in the UK now and people know me for my unique approach and style when it comes to cooking the Indian classics.

More meat than I expected, and it's thigh meat too!
Absolutely outstanding for a frozen curry dish, perfect for when you're not in the mood for the super spicy. It makes the stuff I get from the local shops seem chalky and dull by comparison.
