Delicious earthy daal

The daal is earthy and flavourful with a satisfyingly moreish texture, and the rice was fluffy and we'll cooked. Unfortunately the only flavours I got from the saag were salt and heat - I'd prefer a bit less spice from it and a stronger spinach flavour. The saag aside though, I really liked it.
